He served on the Rockland Democratic Town Committee and served as an elected trustee of the Rockland Memorial Library. Jim enjoyed following the stock market, gardening and photography. He loved spending time with his family and adored his cats.

How sad I was to learn of Jim's passing. The memories of all the years when my Arthur and he worked together flowed back. They worked very hard, but had many laughs together.
Jim was a loving husband and father and a wonderful friend. He will be sorely missed.

Jim & I have such fond memories of Jim. I worked with Jim for so many years at Zayre. All our carpool rides back and forth to Framingham, watching his children grow, laughing and joking with Mary. He was such a gentle, kind soul. I will always treasure our times together.
